This page explains how to make a booking with Marrick Priory. There are also links to all the necessary paperwork that you will need to complete prior to your visit. Our residential groups have sole use of the Priory accommodation during their stay and as such their programme of activities takes priority. We regularly accommodate day bookings subject to instructor availability.
We offer unique and tailored programmes of activities for our guests. We find the best way to ensure that we meet and exceed the expectations of our guests is to speak with the group leader and discuss the options available. For residential bookings we recommend that you visit Marrick Priory to meet the staff, have a look at our facilities and discuss further a programme of activities.
You should complete a booking form and send a deposit to confirm the booking only after you have agreed a provisional booking with us via telephone or email.
Non-Residential and Day Bookings
Non-residential and day bookings are taken subject to instructor availability and the requirements of the residential group who may be visiting the centre at the time. Please begin the booking process by telephone or email so that we can discuss your requirements. Once your provisional booking has been agreed please complete the day booking form (below).
Risk Assessments
Marrick Priory is a licensed centre by the Adventurous Activity Licensing Authority. In order for a centre to be licensed they have to go through an extensive approval procedure. This means that Risk Assessments and Instructor Qualifications are checked out by experts in the field of Outdoor Education. However, we recognise that some of our visiting groups are obliged - by their own superiors - to obtain copies of risk assessments prior to their visit.
